🌸 Why I Created Menové
When I entered menopause after breast cancer, I realized something painful — I couldn’t take hormone replacement therapy, and most supplements weren’t safe for women like me. I felt overlooked, anxious, and invisible.
That’s why I created Menové — a clean, non-hormonal wellness brand designed to offer real relief, calm, and confidence for women navigating midlife. Our first product, Calm+, is formulated with safe, plant-based ingredients to support hot flashes, mood swings, sleep, and stress — without hormones or harsh fillers.
